SUMMARY:Hammermen Awards and New Members evening
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we congratulate our 2024 Hammermen Awards winners and network with new and existing Incorporation members.  \nCelebrate our latest award winners and hear from past Prince Phillip award winners Kirsty Pinnell and Dr Mick O’Connor. After a career with Williams F1 team\, Kirsty is now working with the Lightweight Manufacturing Centre department of NMIS.  \nDavid Finlay from the City of Glasgow College will talk us through last year’s collaborative project where HND Jewellery students designed and created the most recent chain links for the gold chains worn by the Deacon of the Hammermen. This great project produced amazing results which can be viewed in the Grand Hall of the Trades House.   \nAfter an evening of well-deserved awards and thought-provoking talks\, a buffet and a glass of wine will be served and you’ll have the chance to network with existing and new members of the Incorporation. This is a valuable opportunity for any new or prospective members as you can get to know more experienced members of the Incorporation and the Master Court and find out a bit more about what we do as a charity.  \nTalks will begin at approximately 6:45pm\, and this event is ticketed\, so please register here. \n
